1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups fresh rotini mushrooms
2 large red bell peppers, seeded and seeded
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 1/2 quarts chopped zucchini
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger bourbon whiskey
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Place mushrooms in oil and cover with water to allow development. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove mushrooms from oil.
Stir in red peppers, tomato paste, zucchini, bourbon, which mix well. Serve with spoonfuls of sauce.
