4 kale leaves
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups water
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 cup Kobe beef broth
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Place kale in a large saucepan on a medium heat and cover with water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until wilted. Remove a leaf or two and place in a bowl. Mix water and zucchini in a large bowl. Stir in tomato, beef broth, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
