1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 (8 ounce) package tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce with juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix mushrooms, green chile peppers, cream cheese and mushrooms; pour over pizza. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
While pizza is chilling, prepare tomato sauce. Measure 1/3 cup tomato juice into a medium saucepan, and heat over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour mixture over pizza. Drop 1/3 cup mushrooms and green chile peppers onto pizza crust. Cover and chill overnight in refrigerator.
While the pizza is chilling, bring tomato sauce to a boil and stir into tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and add mushrooms and green peppers. Serve over pizza slices. (Note: Some people like to slice the sliced mushrooms and green peppers, but I like my pizza slices sliced to get it on the sides.)
