4 medium onions, peeled and cut into wedges
6 web-tied red potatoes
8 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
Peel onions and fry in preheated oil until golden. Let cool on a wire rack, and place them on a large platter.
Place the onion wedges in shallow baking dish.
Place the potatoes evenly on the onion wedges.
Melt the cream of chicken soup over medium heat. Saute until golden. Mix the salt and pepper into the soup and and pour it into the onion wedges. Stir, and pour over the potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
The result? Delicious! Stir and serve at the same time.
