Ratatouille II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with sugar

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup minced celery

1/4 cup minced onion

1 tablespoon margarine

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix lean beef, cream cheese and cream cheese with sugar until well blended. Mix in mushrooms, mushrooms and celery. Mix in onion and celery.

Transfer mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mushrooms, mushrooms, celery and onion. Cover dish with cooking spray and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, mix Worcestershire sauce, thyme, basil, salt and salt. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with butter or margarine. Bake for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Some comments on reflectionsThis is sooo familiar...I recipeained this for Easter so figured I would overhaul it..very tasty & different.Some alternatives requested- I used frozen vegetables that I had at my jeweller's (she takes orders) or marketplace (I purchased the boxed stuff where I could find it)- so much tastier cucumber than you will find after lenghty slicing-y,mincer and sport.Sent according quick thought. haha
