1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup piƱa colada flavor flavored liqueur
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon maraschino cherry
2 cubes Mexican-style flour
1 dash salt
Combine cream with vanilla and lemon zest in stand-up blender or small bowl. Cover, and blend vigorously until mixture is thick. Mix in sugar, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth. Stir into sauce.
