2 1/2 pounds Russian sausage, cubed
1 cup wet paprika
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch wide strips
3 carrots, sliced
3 onions, cut into 1 inch thick strips
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1 inch thick strips
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup white wine
1 pound Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
1 (14.5 ounce) can mushroom, drained
Place sausage cubes in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet, and place bread cubes in grease. Fry, turning once, until evenly brown on both sides.
Place green bell pepper strips, carrots, onions, red pepper strips, vinegar, white wine and cheese in skillet. Cook and stir until vegetables are completely cooked through. Serve warm.
