3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple
4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 3/4 cups boiling water
Pour pineapple juice into a large glass or metal bowl. Stir in pineapple and pineapple gelatin. Pour in pineapple juice and pineapple gelatin. Stir in boiling water. Let stand until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Fill bag with whipped topping and freeze.
