I made the topping as is (except that I omitted the walnuts) and it was fantastic. I was concerned there wouldn't be enough dressing, but it was a perfect light coat. I also didn't double the amount of sour cream, but there was enough to coat the tortilla chips. I didn't double the amount of sour cream, but it was still a hit. I thought the topping was pretty good, but I am not sure how many people this will appeal to. There are a lot of factors that go into a tortilla, I believe it would take an entire cookbook to cover them all. Sorry about the typos here, I will fix them all :)

This is a GREAT way to use up some of those "frozen" hard boiled eggs! I actually added about a tablespoon of dry mustard to the eggs, just enough to coat. Then I took the eggs and added about a tablespoon of chopped Green Peppers, because I had some to use up. I only worked up to three small eggs, so there were actually LEAN TOY eggs in the final product. However, I highly recommend this recipe, because my husband loved them, and he is not that picky about his breakfast. He placed 2nd at the breakfast gathering. My only complaint is the ease of this recipe. It took me a lot longer to put together (since I had to estimate when it was done), but that's because I was more anxious to get it out there. I may do it again and add more preservatives, but this was a quick and easy "casserole" for a dinner.

I made this and found it to be wonderful. However, I made some changes. Instead of cream of mushroom, I used cream of chicken and I put in a cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. I also cooked the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes and put the cheese in the oven for 2nd. Finally, instead of garlic powder, I used garlic powder and salt and I left the dried Italian dressing on the chicken. It turned out fantastic and with no change. Excellent and I will definitely make it over and over.
