This was superb, absolutely delicious and wil be made over and over again. If you need more than 2 eggs, you'll need to tweak the brand and recipe a little. Even my husband managed to beat the eggs to ribbons in less than an hour! Heidi 5.0 very good and easy. i modified according to recipe ingredients. instead of half and half, added white miso paste. i also used fresh ginger garlic which worked out beautifully. this is really a wonderful recipe. thanks for sharing.
