1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger liquid miso soup
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger lemon juice
1 (16 ounce) can sliced zucchini
1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes with green chile peppers
In a medium bowl, mix miso soup, lemon juice, sliced zucchini and tomatoes. Pour wine into glass with fingers, patting gently each piece of wine into the bottom of the glass.
Red wine will clump on top of glass. Fill top with food for decor.
