1 (16 ounce) package buttered French vanilla pudding mix
1 (10 ounce) package decapitated apples
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons Salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, apples and eggs. Beat until smooth. Gradually stir in salt and milk, and pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 30 minutes, remove from pan. Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Serve warm.
