4 Quarts milk
1 quart dry white wine
2 quarts orange juice
1 quart lemon juice
4 orange zest
1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
Combine milk, white wine, orange juice, lemon juice and orange zest in large bowl. Stir until blended. Pour into dry mold and chill.
Store foam mold in refrigerator at room temperature.
Remove mold with metal whisk. Transfer to freezer at -20 degree C (50 degrees F) until solid. Coat interior of mold with waxed paper.
