I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I was learning about Bean to Tolerant (BMT) Veganism. This recipe is great for beginners and it's really nice for advanced learners! I made it exactly as shown and it turned out great. Even though it's January, my husband said it was delicious! He said it sounded like he was eating beans. I know because his face said it. I upped the heat a little bit and it tasted better. I did like this recipe and I will make it again.
