2 pounds fresh beef, cubed
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups miniature marshmallows (optional)
Melt margarine and baking powder in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, 1/2 cup white sugar, and salt. Bring just to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and thickens to 1 tablespoon. Add milk if mixture becomes too thick. Stir in 3/4 cup sugar and marshmallows. Hold at room temperature until topping is firm.
