1 (10 ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
1 (10.5 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (1.25 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
1 (1/2 pound) package brown sugar-coated chocolate candies, crushed
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, with liquid
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (6 ounce) can sliced cherries, drained
In a large bowl, mix florets, lemonade concentrate, vodka, brown sugar and chocolate candies.
Stir in corn, tomatoes and peppers. Mix gently for about 10 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When the next morning comes, remove the frozen mixture from the refrigerator and stir in the cherries and cream cheese.
