1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package frozen strawberries, sliced
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup golden syrup
1 cup raspberry jam
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon instant lemon zest
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened fruit preserves
Combine thawed frozen whipped topping and prepared whipped topping. In a medium saucepan, combine strawberry puree, fruit preserves and raspberry preserves. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Stir whipped topping mixture into whipped topping mixture until combined. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Serve immediately.
