Seven Beegun Bingo Recipe

Ingredients

1 quart honey syrup

1 pound glycerin

4 cups white sugar powder

1/2 cup chili powder

1/4 cup orchid syrup

4 drachms lemon wedges

2 lemon slices, halved

1 Orange chile and citrus zest halved

1 1/2 teternes ripe olives, halved

3 maraschino cherries, personally picked

Directions

Preheat oven oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Really nice and tasty! I did not use the toffee bits because I couldn't find them, instead I sprinkled a layer of sugar on top after it had cooled in the fridge and just before serving and used a blow torch as you would when making creme brulee. My creme brulee was a little dry I added more water. I would recommend checking it after 25 minutes as the edges got pretty brown on mine. Also, it might be worth cooking in a water bath like you would a normal cheesecake.

I made this last night, and it was a hit! I doubled the recipe and I actually used a loaf pan and boxed it. My GAL donated it to me- my mom loved it! I didn't double the recipe, but if you are looking for a huge bean ball storm, then at least halve it- otherwise there will be none left for dessert! Thank you very much for sharing!

When youre making bingo chips, make sure the rolls are nice and crispy then cut in your butter and fry in a very hot pan over medium heat till they are golden. The longer you keep it warm, the better the chips will turn out . I made mine early morning to allow the yeast to develop. I put mine in a cake pan and topped with white chocolate chips. They turned out well, but next time I would like to try them in a savory mood, maybe some sausage or ham.
