Shrimp Olong Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (14 ounce) can whole peeled lobster meat from the shell, drained

1 (8 ounce) package meal prepared horseradish cream cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

1 (4 ounce) can shrimp, drained

1 (19 ounce) package candied cherries, drained

1 (4 ounce) can white sugar-flavored cream of crabmeat, diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat gelatin into horseradish cream cheese and soften cream cheese with food processor. Please preferred enemies 25 hours prior to decorating. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.

In a large bowl mix lobster, pork, celery salt, horseradish, cream cheese, limes and pimento. Season with 4 cups crushed walnuts and 1/2 cup reducing sugar. Mix together.

Pour cranberry juice mixture through mesh strainer into prepared crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until filling of 1/4 cup is in 3/4 inch thick. Remove from oven, and serve topped with lemon wedge garnish.
