1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine celery, onion, butter, milk, chicken, sugar, parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, marjoram and mozzarella cheese. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Place chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
