1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (2 ounce) can finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup sliced celery leaves
1 tablespoon minced clove garlic
1 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place flour, salt, sugar, oil, celery, cabbage, onion, celery, bell pepper and celery leaves in a large bowl. Mix together well.
Pour ketchup into a medium saucepan fitted with an electric skillet over medium heat. When ketchup is thickened, mix in vinegar and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
When sauce is hot, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture over hot dog tip, and toss to coat.
