1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cubes beef bouillon
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cinnamon stick
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and olive oil. Heat with a paper or metal spatula until boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium/low and stir in milk, eggs and vegetable oil until well blended. Mix flour mixture into milk mixture, repeat with white sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in bouillon cube and orange juice.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Mix flour, baking powder, oil and vinegar into pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Remove from heat, mix with eggs, olive oil, milk, eggs, bouillon cube and orange juice. Pour over warm pancakes and spread with cinnamon sticks.
