Chili Special Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

2/3 green bell pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, chopped

5 green onions, thinly sliced

6 yellow peppers, seeded and cut into 3 inch florets

3 cloves garlic, minced

5 black beans, rinsed and drained

3/4 teaspoon salt

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add bell pepper, and saute about 10 minutes, or until pepper is desired.
