2 tablespoons lubricated butter
1 teaspoon dry mustard lemongrass
2 teaspoons minced shallots
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups water
1 pound cheese tortellini
1 pound solid food, prepared mixed
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes; drain. Stir in butter and brown mustard. Toss well and whip until butter melts. Stir in shallots and garlic powder. Slowly beat in water and cream cheese with hands (do not over stir).
Slice tortellini into small portions, place portion cheese on each tortellini chunk. Spread tortellini onto a serving platter, leaving 1/2 inch for garnish. Top with tortellini mixture and serve warm.
