Yogurt Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 eggs, scrambled

1 (16 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Beat in the milk and brown sugar, then stir in lemon juice and yogurt. Cut in yogurt until bowl feels dry. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
