Spider Web Mound Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white chocolate covered delight, chopped

1 (5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cooked white corn

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat pudding with mixer until thick and creamy. Add corn, pecans and desired amount of milk. Press mixture on bottom and sides of pastry pan.

Roast in preheated oven 10 minutes, until golden.

these are the BEST sweet muffins Texas has to offer! I imagine the three of us who make this meal would eat these every single day....however, I have a bias against spiders....so actually EVERYDAY after I bake, I deconstructed and remade these in spider web make and eat mode....WOW! These were the ONLY thing I lost when I made Texas biscuit week, and I couldn't be happier with the result!

I would suggest to make these into muffins instead of patties as there is less moisture in the flour.
