5 pounds frozen mixed breed vegetables
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 quarts milk
4 cups water
3 tablespoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon hot water
water as needed
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cucumber, tomato paste, tomato paste liquid, walnut oil, salt, pepper, milk, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
FILL 2 quarts of hot water into 4 quart jars and add water until full. Add undrained vegetables, and shake off excess.
