4 slices bacon, diced
4 slices Swiss cheese, diced
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pepper jack cheese, diced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can shredded Cheddar cheese
1 crimp cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
Heat bacon grease in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix bacon, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, shredded cheese, celery, parsley, chicken nuggets, beef from packet, olives, mushrooms and pepper jack cheese.
Good texture and taste. I enjoyed the chia seeds in this. Only thing I would change is to use full fat coconut milk.
