Cooking Demonstrator Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound beef medallions

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon natural strawberry flavoring

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups milk

2 large carrots, peeled and sliced

1 (7 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 pound frozen strawberries, thawed

Directions

Place the beef medallions and salt into a large bowl. Cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Heat a large frying pan or large skillet over medium high heat, and very carefully flip medallions onto a flat dish.

Pour the spices and garlic powder into the skillet, stir the strawberry flavoring over the meat mixture and drop the strawberries onto the pan. Play with the whipped topping while stirring.

Cook for about 1 1 hour in the hot pan, or until all meat chunks are browned. Turn and cook for 1 minute. Pour the milk over the meat, then spoon the browned meat mixture over the entire surface of the meat mixture.
