2 cups chopped celery
1 (10 ounce) can chopped chicken with liquid
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup canned chicken broth
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped green onions
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
In a large bowl, mix together celery, chicken, spinach, cabbage, mushrooms, chicken broth, crushed cornflakes cereal, lemon juice and green onions. Chill remainder of soup mixture in the refrigerator.
Place salad dressing in a large microwave-safe bowl, and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until well blended.
