1 cup palet 3 beef slices, cut into 1 fl
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cups water
2 carrots, cut into 1 inch rings
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt, divided
4 tablespoons molasses
4 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and diced
4 heads cabbage
Place pork and beef slices into a slow cooker for browning. Pour 1/4 cup of broth into pot, and stir. Cover, and cook on medium 1 hour for 4 to 5 hours. Beef broth should still be bubbly.
After 4 to 5 hours of cooking, reach into pot and stir occasionally. Roll in the flour, and sprinkle with salt.
Spoon half or all of the chopped bacon into the pot, and roast for additional 15 minutes. Roll spoon
