Butter-Nut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 cup marshmallow creme

1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into the sugar mixture. Mix in the butter, brown sugar, light brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the marshmallow creme and butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
