2 medium heads romaine lettuce
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup diced celery
1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup diced green olives
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Arrange the lettuce in 2 large baking dishes and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Lay the onion, carrot, celery, pineapple, green olives, baking powder and basil on top. Spread the cream cheese over the lettuce, then the cream cheese cheese. Sprinkle top with cheese cubes.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden brown.
