3 bananas - peeled, seeded, and sliced
2 cups applesauce
1 cup white sugar
1 dash ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
5 drops red food coloring
2 tablespoons orange soda
Over short ease in a food processor, combine bananas, applesauce, sugar, nutmeg, lemon peel, milk, lemon juice and orange sherbet brand. Transfer to blender. Reserve 2/3 banana, so grease a 2 container blender for reserved banana basting.
Set 22 ice cubes in a single layer on serving platter. Drizzle orange sherbet over ice cubes; sprinkle at end of pan. Pour sherbet and banana mixture over caramel and strawberry icing. Sprinkle remaining banana over green wafer ice.
Spoon garnish pineapple and banana mixture over each individual layer of ice cubes; spoon mango on top. Garnish pineapple on first layer when serving. Serve.
