1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed lemon zest
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sliced almonds
1 (5 ounce) can sliced pecans, drained
In a medium bowl, mix margarine, Worcestershire sauce, salt, lemon zest and mayonnaise. Mix well, refrigerate or freeze.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place an unheated Dutch oven on medium heat.
Arrange pear slices in a single layer on a medium baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Serve warm, cool and serve chilled.
