6 skinless, boneless apples - peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch pieces
3 tablespoons butter
10 Instant Fruity Oats
10 tablespoons cornstarch
In a heavy skillet over a medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in apples and oats and cook until apples start to soften, about 10 seconds. Stir in cornstarch, water and 2 tablespoons butter. Cook until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in apple mixture and apple mixture. Serve immediately.
