1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peaches, pitted and sliced
In a large bowl, cream together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in flour and eggs. beat in vanilla extract and peach slices. Drizzle mixture into 8 rounded shape mold pans. Refrigerate until set.
