1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
In a blender, combine vinegar and honey. Blend until smooth. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, lemon zest and apple cider vinegar. Mix just until creamy. Spread mixture onto two patches per fruit, pinched from stem end to tip. Refrigerate until firm. Serve at room temperature.
