Marinara Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 pound Italian sausage, sliced

2 teaspoons minced onion

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup plain flour

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook 1 minute. Stir in the mushrooms, sausage, onion, oregano, basil, rosemary, parsley, basil, oregano, basil, salt, tarragon, white wine, and plain flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in white wine and lemon juice. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Adjust seasonings for taste and season to taste.
