Flabé-Burgundy Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 onion, diced

1 cup fresh lemon juice

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine the garlic powder, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, salt, vinegar, onion, lemon juice and onion. Stir well. Remove from heat and let cool.

Combine the lemon juice and lemon juice in a separate small bowl. Pour over the warm mixture and toss until thoroughly coated. Serve hot over bread or simply drizzle over chicken.
