1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced red onion
1 cup ozussel bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese, 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon bacon. stir in onions and serve.
This is very good. The crunchy part comes from my tortilla. I didn't use your handy-dandy cilantro, instead opting for fresh, dill pickle relish. I believe that if I added more chili powder, there would have been no crunch... but I didn't add it, and it was still great.
