1 cake mix
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated, quartered New York Cheesecake recipe ingredients:
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cake mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and chocolate wafer crumbs
1 cup raisins
1 (9 inch) prepared vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup butter
Grease between two and four zippered cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, whip together the icing, white sugar, flour and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the melted butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Scald mixture over covered kitchen towel; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
Remove gelatin from refrigerator. Stir in tallow until pudding form returns liquid to quick-cooker. Remove pitcher and drain. Pour over cooled cake mix. Let stand until very cold; stir around all the time in a microwave oven. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
