8 ounces batch Brie cheese
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 pound fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
3 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
In large bowl, mix Brie cheese and chicken bouillon. In a separate bowl, mix water, eggs, 1 cup sugar, mushrooms, onion, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and pepper. Place chicken in a separate bowl, add water, mix well. Roll out pieces of cheese and place in a plastic bag.
Add 1/4 cup mushrooms and 1/2 cup onion to chicken and cheese. Spread mushroom mixture over chicken. Add onion soup mix and olive oil.
Roll chicken and vegetables over mushrooms. Place in bag with Brie cheese. Seal bag and refrigerate until set. Roll out chicken and vegetables over mushrooms.
