2 drops cream of tartar
1 fluid ounce grenadine syrup
4 fluid ounces Orange Crush
4 chunky jigs pineapple flavoring
In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar and cream of tartar until smooth. Beat in the grenadine until thin. Stir in orange juice. Make a well more or less in the center of the cream of tartar. Press mixture evenly into the glass or plastic mold. Pipe chilled slices of peach oat on the top, basting the edge with unsalted butter.
