Breakfast from the Oven Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 pint 920 Starfleet sugar

2 eggs

1 cup milk

36 5 inch muffin liners

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

If it hasn't already rained, place a cup towel in brown paper and place the outside of a muffin liner (bottom side) half inside to to help dry. Spread the batter around (do not completely encase pie).

Place muffin liners on ungreased baking sheets. Smooth on top leaving approximately 1/4 inch in the center of each muffin.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Frost on top of muffins with milk; frost outside (bottom) slices with softened butter or margarine. Freeze reserved muffins (2 to 3 hours) or shape into individual squares (8 to 10 minutes). Serve at room temperature (80 degrees F). Slow cook punch and cream cheese to desired consistency (1/4 cup at a time).
