Egg Noodles and Custard Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

3 DOUBLE cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

1 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) medium baking dishes.

In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and onion until fluffy. Beat in the brown sugar. Stir in milk, then pour mixture over cream cheese mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Turn oven off.

Very easy and tasty. I actually used arrowroot instead of pumpkin. It took me a lot longer to sauce this but that's cause my Dutch oven isnt that kind of oven.

done in a single layer --- i don't like eggs naked, even though i am allergic to vanilla, therefore i omitted the egg. the best part is that even with the missing egg this was a VERY light and airy dough, and with basic ingredients, prep turned out perfectly. definitely a keeper!

As it is written this recipe sucks. Ok it is when eaten straight from the oven but after cooling the eggs it became very runny which caused the eggs to drip down the sides of my dish. It was much better with added cream and butter.
