1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan, combine butter, egg, milk and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Gradually stir in vanilla. Cover and refrigerate mixture for 12 hours or overnight.
Frost the outside of a 9 inch springform pan. Place prepared pan on cookie rack, facing down, inside pan will be slightly brown. Place filling on top of strawberries and chocolate frosting. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
It is absolutely delicious!!!!! Even my husband gave it 8 thumbs up quiting the millions of e-mails he has sent me about this recipe!!!
