1 (3 ounce) package instant yogurt yogurt
1 (3 ounce) can sliced wild blueberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sliced dates
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 teaspoons lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, wild blueberries, almonds, dates and brown sugar. Beat well. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
Spread yogurt mixture in a large bowl. Stir in butter, lemon juice and chilled brown sugar mixture. Spread evenly into several 2 1 1/2 quart loaf pans. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
