6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, one at a time, until frothy. Stir in sour cream, the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and salt. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 23 to 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
