Ingredients

1 (2 pound) whole chicken, cut into thin strips

1 cup Italian-style salad dressing

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 slices provolone cheese

1/4 cup salad greens

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken in a large, ovenproof dish. Arrange seasoned bread crumbs on bottom of dish to prevent sticking. Cover with chicken strips and spread with Italian salad dressing.

Layer chicken strips with remaining salad dressing. Drizzle with cheese, cheese spread, mozzarella cheese, salad greens, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper.

Dovetail with cheese sauce and salad dressing.
